Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

Shipping costs are at a flat rate of £2.95 per Bear.

We ship daily and orders placed before 3pm will usually ship on the same day (weekends and bank holidays are an exception).

We use a Royal Mail Tracked Service which on average at normal times takes around 1-3 days.

Returns and Refunds

Returns with Bounce Bears are easy.

If for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, simply return it to us at the below address.

If an item is defective, then we will cover the return costs, simply contact us at bouncebears@gmail.com and we will take care of your request swiftly.
